1957 Porsche 356 A Speedster - OUTLAW

Just arrived - totally restored 1957 Porsche 356 A Speedster “OUTLAW”

Delivered new to Mr. Anatole Lapine who was living in Detroit USA at the time and was working at General Motors - USA. He then returned to Germany and worked for Porsche as head of the styling department who then designed the Porsche 928.

The last owner purchased the car in 2010 from Stoddard’s and imported it to Australia in September 2010. It then commenced its full restoration, including right hand drive conversion.

Painted in its original factory colour Jet Black and a full interior restoration in Bordeaux.

The 356 engine was then purchased from 356 Enterprises - Vic Skirmants who is very well known within the 356 circles worldwide and renowned as one of the best engine builders.

The engine is an 1800CC fitted with a big bore kit and fuel injection. Then updated with disk brakes all round.

This car is absolutely stunning, must be seen.
