The VK Group A was a 500 build homologation special and featured many of the items that were used on the VK Commodore race cars, such as: the large front air dam, large boot spoiler, roller rockers, revised camshaft and a modified block. The engine modifications lifted the power and torque figures to 196kw/418nm. This car is equipped with the 4 speed (M21) manual gearbox.

The interior appointments are basic and consist of a Momo steering wheel and shift knob, Scheel front seats & tape deck with two speakers.
